Trinity Episcopal Cathedral sponsors an active Church School program for children and youth from pre-school through grade 12 from September through May.
Each Sunday, from 9:25 until about 10:15 a.m., teams of dedicated, committed teachers engage their students with readings, discussions, crafts and more about the Christian faith, life in Christ and God’s work in the world. Currently, we have Godly Play for pre-school through grade 2; Weaving God’s Promises for grades 3-5; Middle School Class for grades 6-8; and Senior High Class for grades 9-12.
Junior High and Senior High School youth are encouraged to attend the 10:30 a.m. worship following church school. They often serve as acolytes and in other ministry capacities in the service, with some younger youth also joining in as acolytes.
For children too young for Godly Play, our nursery is attended.
